FLO STAFF
Flo is a new, charity-run indoor skatepark. We’re looking for friendly, reliable Skatepark Staff (18+) to help us run sessions and welcome customers. You’ll help keep the park safe and welcoming, support beginner skateboarding, and help out on the front desk with check-ins and bookings. We’ll provide training, and there are opportunities to gain qualifications (for example SBGB coaching qualifications). This is a zero-hours role. Shifts vary with the season—during busy times there may be up to 10–30 hours/week available, but hours aren’t guaranteed. Pay is at or above National Minimum/National Living Wage and reviewed in line with statutory increases. Because we work with children and young people, the role requires an Enhanced DBS check and we take safeguarding seriously.
